Traction batteries for stackers

Traction batteries are specialized lead-acid batteries for electric equipment, designed for deep charge-discharge cycles without rapid wear. Unlike starter batteries, they supply stable current to stacker motors.

Advantages of our batteries:

  • carbon additives in the lead plates increase conductivity by 15–20%, enable up to 20% faster charging, and improve resistance to 80% DoD while reducing sulfation;
  • 1,000–1,500 cycles, up to 20% more than comparable batteries, for eight-hour shifts without overheating;
  • tubular lead electrodes increase battery life by 30%, with low self-discharge of 2–3% per month and strong vibration resistance for warehouse operation.
